An agreement is formed between the subscriber named overleaf (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (hereinafter referred to as MTNL) a company registered under the Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at Mahanagar Door Sanchar Sadan 9, CGO Complex, New Delhi- 110003 when the form overleaf or some other former order (e.g. mail order, fax etc.) has been sgned/ sent by or on behalf of the Subscriber and MTNLhas accepted the same, when used in these conditions.
