This Retainer Agreement is entered into as of , 2013 at Costa Mesa, California by and between the Enterprise Counsel Group, A Law Corporation ("Attorneys"), on the one hand, and City of Costa Mesa (“City”) in both its capacity as a general law city and as the successor agency of the Costa Mesa Redevelopment Agency (“RDA”) (collectively, “Client”), on the other, for legal services.
