THIS SAFT CERTIFIES THAT in exchange for the payment by (including any of its Affiliates, the “Purchaser”), of $ (the “Purchase Amount in USD or equivalent”) to Elfin Kingdom Group Limited (“Elfin Kingdom”), a limited company incorporated in British Virgin Islands with Registry Number 2063224 (including any of its Affiliates, the “Company”), and in consideration for the Company’s participation in the Project, the Company hereby issues to the Purchaser the right to: certain cryptographic tokens (“ELFIN Tokens”); in each case on the terms set forth below. Each of Purchaser and Company are parties hereto (each, a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
