Grantor, for and in consideration in the amount of Ten Dollars ($10.) and the promises and conditions set forth herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual, exclusive easement for the purpose of constructing, re-constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing and replacing waterlines in over, under, across and through Grantor's property shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Waterline Easement”).
