This Agreement made and entered into this 17th day of April, in the year 2020 by (“Effective Date”) and between 33 Realty Management LLC, (“33” or “Customer”) and Beers Housing (“Beers” or “Contractor”). 33 and Beers are hereby collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
