These Terms & Condition together with the Booking Confirmation Form (herein after “booking form”) above form the contract between the parties above and no other. Payments must be made by the contracted party. It is a condition of this contract that all the details given in the booking form above are not changed without the express consent of Luxury Beach House Rental/the Owner.
