A grant application for the Project was submitted by the Lead Partner on behalf of the SINTROPHER partnership in October 2008, within the context of the Interreg IVB Programme for North West Europe. The Project received final approval on 2 April 2009. A Project extension (additional content and extended project end-date) was approved by the North West Europe Programme on 8th April 2014 and the revised Application, as approved by the NWE Programme Steering Committee under the NWE Interreg IVB Programme (annex A of this Agreement) and the revised Grant Subsidy Contract (annex B of this Agreement) form the basis for the Project’s implementation;
