We, (the undersigned company), intend to enter into a loan/lease agreement for the implementation of the Energy Efficiency or Renewable Energy Project (“the Project”) as applicable with [name of Partner Financial Institution], one of the financial institutions participating in the Green Finance Facility North Macedonia (GFF) implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank" or “EBRD”) with support from the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia and the SDG Fund, via the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). We request from Solo Company (the “Project Consultant”) a) informal consultations and advice in the form of project assessment and b) assistance in the formulation of loan/lease applications to the Partner Financial Institution (PFI), upon request and (c) if and when the Energy Efficiency or Renewable Energy Project is completed, the completion validation review (CVR) certification.
