This Google Trust Services, LLC ("Google") Subscriber Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Google and the individual or organization requesting a Certificate or Certificate Services from Google ("Subscriber"). Subscriber must read and accept this Agreement before applying for, accepting, or using any Certificates, Certificate Services, or information, content, or materials that Google provides in connection with this Agreement, including accessing or using any public key infrastructure or online database of Certificate information provided by or on behalf of Google (all of the foregoing, together with Google's hardware, software, networking, and communications infrastructure used to provide the foregoing, the "Google PKI").
