A request has been received from NV Energy to enter into an agreement for access to equipment easement at Jo Mackey Elementary School. Clark County School District is constructing a replacement at Jo Mackey Elementary School, known as the “Buildings.” As part of the construction, Clark County School District will build and maintain certain electrical facilities inside, on, under, and through the “Buildings” and an electric meter room, which NV Energy requests to have access on a 24-hour basis.
