This Vantage End-User Subscription Agreement (“subscription”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) as Subscriber and Vantage Learning (“Vantage”) for use of the My Access!® Home Edition service incorporating Vantage’s proprietary underlying IntelliMetric™ technology accessed solely as a service over the Internet and any related documentation (collectively, "My Access"). By using My Access, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and subscription. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use My Access. The terms My Access and Product Services may be used interchangeably within this document.
