THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2015, among the Town of Miami Lakes, a Florida municipal corporation, (the “Town), the Easton Group (the “Eastons”), and the Graham Companies (the “Grahams”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
