This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement for the subscription by the Customer to the Cloudinary Service ("Subscription Agreement") between Cloudinary Ltd., or the Cloudinary Ltd. subsidiary from which Customer is acquiring (directly or through an authorized distributor or reseller) the Service, as applicable (collectively, “Cloudinary”) and the person or entity who acquires the Service under the Subscription Agreement (“Customer”). This DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. All capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning set forth in the Subscription Agreement.
