This Interlocal Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, hereinafter referred to as DEPARTMENT, and GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH & SOCIAL SERVICES hereinafter referred to as the Local Health Jurisdiction. The DEPARTMENT and the Local Health Jurisdiction are collectively referred to as the “parties.”
