THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made on September 1, 2023, by and between the COUNTY OF ONTARIO, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, having its county seat and principal offices at 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, hereinafter referred to as the “County”, and, PHELPS-CLIFTON SPRINGS CSD an educational corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York having its principal offices at 1490 State Route 488 CLIFTON SPRINGS, NY 14432, hereinafter referred to as the “School.” The County and the School are sometimes referenced to in this Agreement individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
