This agreement ("Agreement") formally recognizes Baptist Bible College and Cox College (collec- tively, the "parties") are active educational partners, committed to providing greater educational opportunities for future healthcare providers in .Southwest Missouri. The parties entered into an Articulation Agreement for nursing students, effective August 13, 2010 ("2010 Agreement") and have been operating under the terms of such agreement since its effective date. The parties jointly desire to modify the articulation agreement for nursing students as provided herein. By signing this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the effective date of this Agreement, the 2010 Agreement shall terminate and shall no longer be in effect.
