SOUTHWEST NATIONAL BANK'S ONLINE BANKING BUSINESS AGREEMENT This agreement is made and entered into by and between A Corporation/partnership/Association/Sole Proprietorship/Limited Liability Company (hereinafter the “Company”) and SOUTHWEST NATIONAL BANK (hereinafter “Southwest National”). The Company has requested to be granted access to Company accounts (including loans) via Southwest National Bank Online Banking, an Internet PC based account access system (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). In consideration of Southwest National providing the Service to Company, the parties agree as follows: 1. Upon initial login, the Company will create a password for Online Banking. The Company may, at the Company's sole discretion provide this password to individuals authorized by the Company to access the Company's accounts via this Service. 2.
