In consideration of International Payments, Inc. and its agents and assigns (collectively, “International Payments”, “You”, or “Your”) opening one or more accounts on my behalf (“My Digital Dollar Account(s)” or the “Digital Dollar Account(s)”), I represent and agree with respect to all Digital Dollar Accounts as applicable, to the terms set forth below (the “Agreement”). When used in this Agreement, the words “I”, “Me”, “My”, “We”, or “Us” mean the owner(s) of the Account. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of a joint account, the words “I”, “Me”, “My”, “We” or “Us” means each of the owners of the joint Account.
