It is understood and agreed that PEC is providing an incentive for the installation of a new electric water heater at the above address. Participant at above address agrees to allow a PEC representative to verify the installation of said water heater. PEC makes no express or implied warranties whatsoever concerning the installation or operation of this water heater. Any warranties or guarantees relating to the installation of the water heater are limited to those provided by the contractor installing it or the manufacturer.
