In consideration that some repairs may be done on the premises, I/WE, the below signed, hereby give my/our permission to Rebuilding Together Arlington/Fairfax/Falls Church, Inc. (RT-AFF) (by or through its participating volunteers, groups and contractors) to enter my/our home at the address given below (the "Premises") on (date) and those other days as may be agreed upon as necessary in order to perform certain repair and refurbishing work as noted below.
