THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (the “MOU”) is entered into this day of July, 2012 between Delano Community Farmers Market, Inc., a Kansas not-for-profit corporation (“DCFM” ); WB, LLC, a Kansas for-profit limited liability company (“WB”); and the City of Wichita, Kansas (the “City”) to memorialize the agreement of all parties concerning the operation of a Farmer’s Market upon the property located at 300 S. Sycamore in Wichita, Kansas, and known as Lawrence Dumont Stadium (Stadium).
