Where the package is not accepted as a whole and/or the remaining outstanding matters are not resolved through negotiations, none of the specific provisions of this package are to be considered agreed, unless specifically stated otherwise, all items in this Offer are effective date January 1, 2011 unless specifically stated otherwise.
