As an Officer, Employee, Director, National Representative, Alternate Representative, or member of the National Staff, of the National Railway Historical Society, Inc. (NRHS), a Maryland Not-for-Profit Corporation, I understand that I may be presented with information, or business of NRHS that presents a conflict of interest. I have received and read the NRHS Policy on Conflicts of Interest, dated April 10, 2013, and affirm my agreement to abide by the terms of the policy. I also agree that I will at all times comply with and abide by the terms of the NRHS Bylaws as are now in effect, and may be amended from time to time.
