In this Agreement, Kitsap Transit Facilities Maintenance will hereinafter be referred to as the “Employer” and the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 160, Local Lodge 282 will be referred to as the “Union”, for the purpose of setting forth the mutual understanding of the parties as to wages, hours, and other conditions of employment of the employees whom the Employer has recognized the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative.
