This FIRST ADDENDUM is made and entered into in duplicate this day of , 20 , by and between PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, a Utah municipal corporation, (“City”), and MountainLand Supply LLC, a Utah limited liability company, (“Service Provider”), to amend the Park City Municipal Corporation Service Provider/Professional Services Agreement signed and executed by the parties on March 28th, 2017.
