For and in consideration of Participant’s voluntary participation in the Bloomfield Township Fire Department’s residential lock box program (hereinafter “Program”), Participant and Participant’s assigned heirs and personal representatives, agree to indemnify and hold the Charter Township Of Bloomfield, its Fire Department and its elected and appointed officers, employees, and attorneys harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, judgments, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys fees) for injuries to persons (including but not limited to death), or property, directly or indirectly arising from or in any way connected to participation in the Program and use of a residential lock box.
