This ESCROW DEPOSIT AND TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of __________ 1, 2017 (this “Escrow Deposit and Trust Agreement”), is by and among the COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, a joint exercise of powers authority organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Authority”), the SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, as successor to the former Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency, a public body corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Successor Agency”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as trustee with respect to the hereinafter described 2003 Authority Bonds and as escrow bank hereunder (the “Escrow Bank”).
