Agreement entered into by and between El Camino College, located at 16007 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90506-0002 (“Client”) and Nuventive, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 9800B McKnight Road, Suite 255, Pittsburgh PA 15237, USA (“Nuventive”) as of the day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”). This Professional Services Agreement shall apply to additional Work Orders that may be entered into by and between Nuventive and Client from time to time. This Agreement relates to professional services to be performed for Client in connection with software licensed from Nuventive pursuant to one or more existing License Agreements between Client and Nuventive (the “License Agreement”).
