WHEREAS, the Participating United Nations Organizations signing this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Participating UN Organizations”) have developed a UN-Indigenous Peoples’ Partnership Multi-Donor Trust Fund starting on 1 March 2010 and ending on 31 December 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as may be amended from time to time, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference of the Fund dated 15 February 2010, (hereinafter referred to as the “TOR”, a copy of which is attached hereto as ANNEX A, and have agreed to establish a coordination mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy Board”) to facilitate the effective and efficient collaboration between the Participating UN Organizations for the implementation of the Fund;
