This Agreement shall regulate the rates of pay and define the conditions of employment of employees of Chelgrave Contracting australia Ltd. who work at Chelgrave’s workshop and at BSL Westernport, Hastings; and all maintenance, modification shut-down work in the Metal and Engineering Industry which is not spesifically covered by the Chelgrave labour hire agreement.
