WHEREAS, the Entity is desirous that the Contractor execute the Rehabilitation of Batang Street (Along Batang Street, Tuguegarao City) in PB-INF-2022-024 (hereinafter called “the Works”) and the Entity has accepted the Bid of Fourteen Million One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Two Pesos and Seventy Seven Centavos (₱14,138,752.77) (hereinafter called “the Contract Price”) by the Contractor for the execution and completion of such Works and the remedying of any defects therein.
