Accel Entertainment Gaming, LLC (“Accel”) has had discussions with (“Location”) regarding co-sponsoring various promotional giveaways to take place at Location. Co-sponsoring a promotional giveaway means that Accel will reimburse Location up to 50% of the cost of such promotional giveaways. This Letter Agreement will set forth the terms under which such reimbursement for these promotional giveaways will take place, and will remain in effect throughout the term of Location’s Exclusive Location and Video Gaming Terminal Use Agreement.
