This Project Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated this day of , 2021, is entered into by the CITY OF SANTA BARBARA, a charter city (the “City”) and the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA BARBARA, a public body, corporate and politic (the “Housing Authority”). Collectively, the City and the Housing Authority are referred to herein as the “Parties” and each a “Party”.
