Whereas it is the desire of both Parties to this Agreement to maintain and develop the existing relations between the Corporation and the Members of the Union, and to promote co-operation and understanding between the Corporation and its employees, to recognize the mutual value of joint discussions, conditions and efficiency of operations, and to promote morale and well- being of all employees included in the Bargaining Unit represented by the Union:
