The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory relations between the Board and the employees, to provide for an ongoing means of communication between the Union and the Board, and the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and the final settlement of disputes, and to establish and maintain terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
