This Interconnection Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of November, 2004 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Citizens Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“CITIZENS”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 328 W. Main Street, P.O. Box 127, New Auburn, Wisconsin 54757 and Sprint Spectrum L.P. (“SPRINT”), a Delaware limited partnership, with its principal office at 6200 Sprint Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66251. CITIZENS and SPRINT are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
