This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Deseria Griffin (“Plaintiff”), on behalf of herself and a class and collective of allegedly similarly situated individuals that she seeks to represent (collectively referred to as “Class Members”), and Endicott Coil Company, Inc. (“Endicott” or “Defendant”) (together with Plaintiff and the Class Members, the “Parties”).
