The Governing Board of Orinda Union School District (“District” or “Board”) and Dr. Carolyn Seaton (“Seaton”), collectively referred to as “the Parties,” enter into this Second Amendment (“Second Amendment Agreement”) to the February 8, 2016, Superintendent Employment Agreement (“February 8, 2016 Agreement”) on this 13th day of August, 2018, based on the following:
