This COOPERATION AGREEMENT (IHO Senior Project) (“Cooperation Agreement”) dated as of October 25, 2016 (“Date of Agreement”), is entered into by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a charter city and California municipal corporation (“City”), and the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Authority”).
