V., herein referred to as “Operator”, and Franco-Nevada Mexico Corporation S. A. de C. V. herein referred to as “Payee”. Operator, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, and forever assigned, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, remise, release and forever assign, unto the Payee the rights and interests, subject to the obligations, set forth below.
