This Memorandum of Understanding (“Memorandum”) is Non-Binding and merely expresses a convergence of common intent between the Parties for discussion/negotiation purposes. Upon the approval of both Parties (including the TCAPS Board of Education), a separate written and binding Agreement shall be executed by both Parties.
