The “AGENT LICENSEE” is the designated licensed agent for the pool buying purposes, and any order for pool buying shall be placed and paid by the agent. All liquor deliveries shall be made only to the licensed premises, and it shall be the responsibility of said agent to send a copy of this pool buying agreement to the respective licensed wholesalers.
