McKenney’s, Inc. (“McKenney’s”) and the company to which it has agreed to provide its services and products (“Company”) recognize that their business relationship requires the establishment of a connection between the computer information systems of the two entities, which may include utilization of a content delivery network and/or user authentication software (hereinafter “Network Access”). By proceeding forward with this business relationship, the parties agree this agreement (this “Agreement”) and the terms and conditions contained herein will govern all aspects of this Network Access.
