COOKE (hereinafter, “COOKE” or “Assignor”) and The School Board of Broward County, Florida (the "SBBC") entered into a Lease Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit “A”) under the Districts’ Resident On Campus Security Program (“ROCS Program”) pursuant to which COOKE was permitted to place and occupy his residential mobile home on SBBC-owned property located at 6501 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL 33024, also known as McArthur High School; and
