This contract serves as a binding agreement between Bates College and the applicant for off-campus residence. By entering into this contract, the applicant agrees to provide his or her own housing off campus for the 2011-12 academic year. The completion of this contract renders the student ineligible to participate in the Housing Lottery and revokes the student’s right to guaranteed on- campus housing. Although some on-campus housing may become available, it is not guaranteed that students who have signed this contract will be assigned those spaces.
