This sets out the terms and conditions on which Millennium Telecom registered in England with company number 5586073 will provide Broadband Services (the "Service") to the Customer. By using the Service the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions ("terms"). The following terms shall have the following meanings when used in this Contract:
