License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ABB Automation Products GmbH, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim under HRB 700229, whose registered office is located at Wallstadter Straße 59, 68526 Ladenburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “ABB”), for the software “ABB Automation Builder”, which includes computer software, controller software, associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).
