This Data Processing Addendum, including its Schedules and the Standard Contractual Clauses (“DPA”), forms an integral part of the Riverbed General Terms, or any other written agreement that governs Customer’s use of the Riverbed Services (as defined below) entered into between Customer and Riverbed (“Agreement”), and applies solely to the extent that Riverbed processes any Personal Data (defined below) in connection with the Riverbed Services. All capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
