Consent Agreement for Electronic Delivery NOTICE AND CONSENT REGARDING ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS You have the option of receiving electronically from us account statements, tax reporting forms, and confirmations relating to your account as well as updates and amendments to our Program Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy (each, a “Communication” and, collectively, “Communications”).
