This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between plaintiffs and class representatives Stephanie Ochoa, Ernestina Sandoval, Yadira Rodriguez, and Jasmine Hedgepeth (“Plaintiffs”), as individuals and on behalf of all Class Members as set forth herein, and defendant The Edward J. Smith and Valerie S. Smith Family Limited Partnership d/b/a/ McDonald’s (“Smith”), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to the approval of the U.S. District Court in Ochoa, et al. v. McDonald’s Corp., et al., N. D. Cal. No. 3:14-cv- 02098-JD.
